Lyrics

1st Verse

All the songs I have heard, there is none with the words

I want to sing to you

All the melodies I hear there is none to compare

With my love for you

So I’m singing this little love song

And I’m dedicating it to you

Chorus

I love you, I adore you

I am singing this little love song

And I’m dedicating it to you

2nd Verse

All the stories I have read, there is still so much unsaid

Of my love for you

All the poems that they wrote

There is nothing I can quote in my notes to you

So I’m singing this little love song

And I’m dedicating it to you

Chorus

I love you, I adore you

I am singing this little love song

And I’m dedicating it to you

3rd Verse

Every moment of my days, I seek to find ways

To show my love for you

I have searched everywhere

Cannot find a souvenir I want to give to you

So I’m singing this little love song

And I’m dedicating it to you

Chorus

I love you, I adore you

I am singing this little love song

And I’m dedicating it to you

Notes:

So you fell in love, got married and assumed that everything will be alright. You tried your best to improve your situation, all with very good intentions, but nothing seem to materialize the way you expect it to. Two souls deeply in love, or so it seemed, started life together with nothing. You wish you had the means to give your other half the best the world has to offer to make life better, comfortable, living in abundance and care free but your pockets were decorated with permanent holes in them, holes that grew bigger and bigger, you are overwhelmed. “What else can I do” you ask yourself.

Been there, done that, and life goes on no matter what is thrown at you.

This song came out of this scenario, nothing else mattered but LOVE for each other, being there for each other, rich or poor, in sickness or in health, and so the story goes.
